Hillel Kogan is the Director of Educational Programs/
Artistic Director of "Batsheva Hosts"
Position: Hillel has served as Rehearsal Director of Batsheva - the young Ensemble from 2005 until 2016. From Season 2016-2017, Hillel is the new Artistic Director of "Batsheva Hosts" series and manages Batsheva's educational activities for outstanding young dancers.
Hillel Kogan is represented by DdD, Drôles de dames - an international production, booking and artistic creations accompaniment office located in Paris, France.
Hillel Kogan teaches Gaga, repertoire (his own and that of other choreographers), and contemporary dance. He has taught at companies such as Norway’s Carte Blanche, Gauthier Dance in Germany, IT Danza in Spain, and more. Kogan also teaches dance to undergraduate students of the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance.
The Choreographers’ Association is a non-profit organization for leading creators with extensive professional experience in the field of dance in Israel. The association aims to encourage quality original works, enhance the status of dance in Israel, to broaden the dance-lover audience, and to aid the members of the association in performing throughout Israel and abroad.
